Eurovision 2008: Turkey / Mor ve Otesi - Deli

Turkey’s Eurovision 2008 song contest challenger “Deli” was announced in 15 February. The song “Deli” (Crazy) is performed by Mor ve Ötesi. You can download and/or play the song below. For me, it sounds ok but I’ve to see other nominees to state a verdict.
Mor ve Ötesi (translates as Ultra & Violet -just a pun-) is a well known rock band (or so called) in Turkey. The band Mor ve Ötesi was chosen by the Eurovison National Committee of Turkey.

For the people who are dealing with SSF reactors, this book is somehow a bible… Strongly advised.
This concise professional reference provides a fundamental framework for the design and operation of solid-state fermentation bioreactors, enabling researchers currently working at laboratory scale to scale-up their processes. After surveying the main bioreactor types currently used in solid-state fermentation, it focuses on the mathematical modeling of bioreactors, which is covered in three parts. Firstly, the book shows how to plan a research program in order to characterize the growth kinetics in a manner appropriate for incorporation into bioreactor models. Secondly, it addresses the heat and mass transfer phenomena that occur in solid-state fermentation bioreactors and the mathematical expressions that are used to describe them. Thirdly it demonstrates, through a number of case studies, how mathematical models can be used in the optimization of bioreactor performance. The final part of the book addresses several issues closely related with bioreactor operation, namely process monitoring equipment, process control strategies and the selection of an appropriate air preparation system. - BioEng Thing bundan sonra üç dilde girdiler içerek. Bu diller ağırlıklı olarak Türkçe olmak üzere, İngilizce ve Hollandaca[1] olacak. Okuyucuların neredeyse yarısının Hollanda’dan olması sebebiyle bu kararı verdim/verdik. Güzel olacak.
- James Dewey Watson, DNA’yı keşfeden biliminsanlarından biri (diğerleri: rahmetli Francis Crick ve Maurice Wilkins). Cognitive Daily‘de yayınlanmış bir makalede oldukça fazla eleştirilmiş haklı olarak. Zira “yaptığı işten” kuvvet alarak açık seçik olarak ırkçılık yapmakta ve bunu bilim dünyasındaki otoritesini kullanarak, oldukça çirkin bir şekilde yapıyor.
